I’m Swann by name and by nature! As a virtual assistant, I support business owners by being the steady, paddling legs working tirelessly beneath the surface of their businesses helping to keep them afloat and moving in the right direction.
I’ve been running Swann Virtual Assistance alongside my trusted and experienced team since 2020 from my home office in Broadstairs, Kent.
I believe that organisation and automation are fundamental factors for maintaining clarity and order.
My passion is in assisting individuals and businesses in discovering solutions to reclaim valuable time and simplify their lives by utilising a VA for their personal and business support.
Our business ethos are to provide clients with a confidential and transparent service, maintaining integrity throughout every task or project.
With over eight years of experience in the accounting industry, I gained invaluable knowledge and witnessed significant sector changes that required not just keeping up with the demands, but actively driving progress through system implementation and processes.
In 2020, I took a change of career as a Virtual Assistant, I have had the privilege of working with clients across diverse industries, including consultancy, finance, engineering, military, security, government, property, creative sectors and more, as well as with individual professionals.
My passion lies in helping others achieve success. Together with my dedicated team, I provide reliable and experienced business support, allowing my clients to delegate tasks with confidence. This not only frees up their time to focus on what they do best but also gives them peace of mind knowing their tasks are in safe and capable hands.
I am committed to helping people accomplish their goals in a smart and efficient manner. By taking on your administrative and managerial challenges, I enable you to reclaim valuable time to grow your business, reach your objectives, and most importantly, achieve the work-life balance we all strive for.
